Meet Jackson Simison

Originally from Gladstone in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Jackson Simison moved to Cape Coral when his parents retired during his high school years. After more than a decade of calling Southwest Florida home, he’s developed a deep appreciation for the community, the people, and the waterfront lifestyle that make this area so special.

Before launching his real estate career, Jackson spent several years working in the railroad industry which taught him discipline, accountability, and focus. During that time, he studied real estate and knew that one day he would return to Cape Coral to pursue it. When the opportunity came, he followed that calling. Jackson turned his passion into a career that now allows him to help others achieve their goals.

Today, Jackson represents McMurray & Members of Royal Shell Real Estate, serving clients throughout Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Southwest Florida. Known for his genuine approach, local knowledge, and dedication to excellence, he takes pride in building lasting relationships and delivering results.

Jackson also believes strongly in mentorship and the importance of surrounding yourself with people who challenge you to grow.
